Health and Safety

All the of AudiMeets team take health and safety very seriously, so please carefully read this section before arriving to any AudiMeets events.

All cars MUST have valid MOT, insurance and TAX to take part in any AudiMeets events. Nowhere on site is to used as a race track and anyone caught doing so will be removed and banned from any future events.

Risk assessments

We always do a risk assesment before all events and have tried to minimise any forseeable hazards in accordance to the Health and Safety act. Report any risks or hazards on the day to events staff immeadiatly.

Trade Stands

If you are attending any of our events as trade you will need to fill out a risk assessment form a month prior to the event taking place and email it back mail@audimeets.co.uk

Speed Limits

There is a maximum speed limit of 15mph on site which must be aheared to at all times.

Fire Safety

There are three well marked Fire Assembly points at the corners of the arenas. If the very loud and distinct fire alarm is sounded, leave the building via nearest exit and congregate at the Fire Points. Nobody must re enter the building until instructed to do so by our Fire Marshals. As soon as the far alarm is sounded vehicles must keep off site roads until given the all clear.
